Virka Low Sideboard
The Virka Low Sideboard has been created by Røpke Design & MOAKK for the brand Woud .Exceptionally simple and refined, Virka is a classic example of contemporary Danish design. Thoughtful features and clear lines make it a fine addition to living rooms and bedrooms, or anywhere that can benefit from some extra space to store the things that matter.
The Virka Low Sideboard consists of a rectangular box with a slender metallic frame. The central storage unit is made from natural oak wood and comes in a range of colours such as white and black, but it can be left natural if desired. It features two sliding doors without handles, ensuring that Virka takes up minimal space. There are two compartments inside, and both have adjustable shelves to make storage easy.
The Virka Low Sideboard measures 120cm long and 40cm wide while it has a height of 47cm and weighs 36kg. The base of the sideboard has been kept as slim as possible to highlight the wooden cabinet, while offering extra space below to store items like shoes. The interior of the sideboard also features spaces to pass cables through, making Virka suitable for use with sound systems, gaming consoles and televisions.
