Suspence™ P1 Suspension Lamp
The Suspence P1 Suspension Lamp was designed by GamFratesi for the brand Fritz Hansen.
GamFratesi is a joint venture between Danish architect Stine Gam and her Italian counterpart Enrico Fratesi hence the name . Between them the duo have come up with numerous eye-catching chairs, tables, and other furnishings - all of them reinventing tired traditions and making the best use of advanced production techniques. This forward-thinking approach fits naturally with that of Fritz Hansen, a Danish brand which constantly leads the way in the design world.
The Suspence P1 Suspension Lamp has an elegantly restrained design. It features a lacquered bulbous "infinity" diffuser, which has been formed from pure aluminium. This doesn't just direct light downwards, but also ensures that the light is evenly spread and generates minimal glare. Each unit measures 22.5 x 24 x 24 cm, and comes with a 300cm cable. With so much extra play, users should be able to rig up a series of Suspense lamps to cover any tables, or position one or two in precisely the right location. Gracefully sculpted and extremely practical, this luminaire will provide the ideal illumination for dining spaces, living rooms, or offices.
