The Ripple Champagne Glass Set of 2 has fluting that gives it a 1920s, retro vibe. Each glass has a wide, rimmed opening. The fluting covers the whole body of the glass. The glass is supported by a slim stem that is set on a round base. The set is made of fine, light yet strong glass. The fluting detail is achieved with mouth-blowing. Being a manual process, there are minor variations between similar pieces. Molten glass is put into a mould and is blown and expanded to take the required shape. When it dries and solidifies, it comes out with the set shape and fluting.
Each glass in the Ripple Champagne Glass Set of 2 has a height of 11cm and a diameter of 10.5cm. It has a capacity of 0.15 litres. The glasses can safely be washed in a dishwasher.
