Rico Lounge Chair
The Rico Lounge Chair has been created by the in-house studio at the brand Ferm Living. Ferm Living is a Danish brand that blends authenticity and sustainability, working with in-house designers and independents from all over the world. The Rico Lounge Chair is a strikingly original chair created by the brand's own team which looks back to classic 60s aesthetics.
The Rico Lounge Chair offers a picture of cloud-like softness and plush comfort with its overstuffed cushion and pillows. The backrest is curved inwards which makes sitting in the chair feel like being cocooned. It has a shell features inner structures made from wood and steel, and both the seat and back sections have a padding of moulded foam. Above that foam, the designers have chosen upholstery made from butter-soft, velvety bouclé fabric. The shell rests on a rounded base that is upholstered to match the upper sections. And the chair as a whole features a weave crafted with uneven yarn, giving it an eye-catching texture.
The Rico Lounge Chair has a width of 87cm, a height of 79cm and a depth of 81.5cm, with a seat height of 41cm. This novel lounge chair comes in white, sand and dark grey colours and weighs 25kg.
