Pipistrello MED LED Table Lamp
The Pipistrello MED LED Table Lamp has been created by Gae Aulenti for the brand Martinelli Luce. Aulenti first introduced Pipistrello in 1965, taking inspiration from the form of bat wings to come up with a nature-themed lamp with huge aesthetic appeal. Updated with LED light sources, the classic form remains and is sure to delight a new generation.
The Pipistrello MED LED Table Lamp is an interior lamp designed for use on desks and tables. It strikes the eye immediately with its drooping shade which resembles animal wings and has been made from opal white methacrylate. This casts a diffused light of 850 lumens, offering plenty of brightness for computer and paperwork.
The Pipistrello MED LED Table Lamp also comes with a telescopic steel spine which can be customised to different height settings if desired. The base is shaped like a curved cone, and comes in white and brown finishes, offering a handle for moving the lamp. Overall, the lamp measures 50cm high and has a diameter of 40cm, as well as a 235cm long cable which features a dimmer control. The luminaire has built-in LED light sources that cannot be replaced.
