One By One LED Suspension Lamp
The fascinating One By One LED Suspension Lamp has been designed by sculptor Steve Lechot for the Swiss company Belux.
Founded in 1970, Belux is certainly an upscale, high-end manufacturer. It creates pieces with timeless elegance and makes use of modern technologies and innovative materials. Aesthetic and function are finely balanced in the label's portfolio. Steve Letchot, A Swiss designer, has been majorly influenced by Japanese culture. He loves stones and other materials including parchment. Out of 160 crushed layers he has expertly crafted this LED Suspension Lamp.
The One By One LED Suspension Lamp created for Belux forms a spectacular interplay of light and shadow. The suspension is maximum 200cm, while the canopy is 11cm in diameter. It is handmade in a workshop for the disabled. Thanks to several finishing processes, its layers, made of polyester fleece, are flame-retardant and tear-proof. The highly appealing lamp is a good example of how a lighting unit can save energy without compromising the user's satisfaction. It includes a light dimmer and a 220-240V cable. The powerful LED lights create an ambient illumination.
