Malagola 55 Pendant Lamp
The Malagola 55 Pendant Lamp has been created by Enzo Catellani for the brand Catellani & Smith. Its design was inspired by the golden colour of the sun and fire. Reflections on their colour and their warming effect saw the designer turn the concept into an exquisite lamp.
The Malagola 55 Pendant Lamp has a leaf-shaped diffuser made of aluminium and finished with metallic varnish. The leaf shape is horizontal and there is one on the front and another one in the back with an opening in the middle for the light source which is concealed inside. The LED light source can be exchanged.
The Malagola 55 Pendant Lamp has a length of 55cm, a width of 30cm and a height of 25cm. Its cable is 170cm long and its canopy has a diameter of 8cm. The light it casts can be dimmed via a trailing edge dimmer. It comes in light and dark metallic colours. One lamp looks great but a row of them over a kitchen or dining table, along a hallway or in an entryway will look stunning. The lamp is suitable for commercial use as well such as along the length of a bar in a bar or restaurant. It works with an E27 socket.
