Lucenera 502 Wall Lamp
The Lucenera 502 Wall Lamp was designed by Enzo Catellani for the brand Catellani & Smith. Today, this Italian designer operates out of a large studio in northern Italy, but got his start selling limited series lamps that he designed himself. His designs caught the eye of distributors who got him a spot in a German expo. They were an instant hit and the designer returned home to set up his brand and has continued to enjoy great success in Italy and internationally.
The Lucenera 502 Wall Lamp is one of Catellani's best loved designs. It places the focus on the illumination rather than the lamp. It has a black carbon carbon tube, uses good quality bulbs and a support that is flexible.
