Line One Floor Lamp
The Line One Floor Lamp has been created by Knut Bendik Humlevik and Rune Krojgaard for the brand Norr 11.It is inspired by the 1940s film 'Noir'. Different materials and angles transform it into an elegant, timeless piece.
The Line One Floor Lamp is handcrafted. The bell-shaped shade is made of spun aluminium. It is supported by a slim stem made of brass. The stem starts from above the shade, bends and then extends downwards in a straight line. It is supported by a pillar-shaped base made of marble. It is known around the world for its natural beauty and timelessness. It not only gives the lamp an organic look but also contrasts with the metallic shade, adding another aesthetic detail. The lamp's stability is enhanced by a narrow wire that runs from the base to the top of the stem. It also adds a decorative touch. The lamp casts a soft, diffused light downwards. The light intensity can be adjusted via a dimmer switch.
The Line One Floor Lamp has a length of 55cm, a width of 23cm and a height of 140cm. Its cable is 180cm long. It comes in neutral-coloured bases and shades. There is an option for treated and untreated bases and painted or oxidised lampshades. It works with an E14 socket and the bulb has to be purchased separately.
