Leaf Stackable Chair
The Leaf Stackable Chair has been created by A. Lievore, J. Altherr and M. Molina for the brand Arper. Its name and design are inspired by the shape of a leaf, which is clear from the first glance at this item.
The Leaf Stackable Chair is made of narrow powder-coated steel rods. The chair is divided into two vertically by one long rod. Either side has short, vertical rods. They start at the top of the backrest and go down to the seat. This recreates the form of the leaf that the design is based on. The backrest is high and the seat is wide so the chair can be used for hours of comfortable lounging outdoors. The backrest is slightly inclined backwards and the inner edge of the seat is slightly dipped which creates a cupped seat that provides optimal comfort. The shell of the chair is supported by sled-style legs that are also made of steel rods.
The Leaf Stackable Chair has a width of 62.5cm, a height of 83cm and a depth of 56cm. Its seat height is 45cm. A padded, upholstered seat pad that matches the colour of the chair is available for purchase separately. The chair comes in neutral and bright colours.
