Karl-Johan LED Suspension Lamp Ø40cm
The Karl-Johan LED Suspension Lamp Ø40cm has been created by Signe Hytte for the brand New Works. When crafting the Karl-Johan lamp, Danish designer Hytte was inspired by long days in the autumn sunshine hunting for mushrooms in nearby forests. With its bulbous shade, glass exterior and warm glow, this lamp will make homes more welcoming and relaxing places to be - especially when the nights close in and comfort is essential.
The Karl-Johan LED Suspension Lamp Ø40cm has an extremely simple form, consisting of a mushroom-shaped diffuser which comes in either opal or smoked glass versions. This diffuser is connected to a 13cm diameter ceiling canopy via a powder-coated steel attachment, and the lamp hangs from an adjustable 340cm long cable. This cable features a rigid strand as well as a winding element, thereby adding to the lamp's natural appeal.
The Karl-Johan LED Suspension Lamp Ø40cm has a diameter of 40cm and a height of 24cm. The interior light source creates a brightness level of 830lm. Imaginatively sculpted and full of visual appeal, the Karl-Johan pendant will make living rooms and lounges warmer, cosier, and more enjoyable places in which to unwind.
