EB 28 Buquet Table Lamp
The EB 28 Buquet Table Lamp has been created by Édouard-Wilfrid Buquet for the brand Tecnolumen. The Buquet Lamp was first introduced in 1927 and instantly redefined how table lamps were conceived. Based around a clever system of weights, this lamp can be moved into almost any position while retaining its stability. And it still performs and looks as good as it did when it was first created.
This updated version of the EB 28 Buquet Table Lamp has a cone shaped shade, a slender articulated arm and a chunkier base unit which anchors the light. The arm connects to the base via a hinged joint and is itself balanced by a weight at the opposite end to the shade. A subtle movement of this weight can instantly stabilise the lamp as it rotates and hinges, providing complete flexibility while reading books or working.
Every element of the EB 28 Buquet Table Lamp has been handcrafted from silver or nickel-plated brass, and a matt finish has been applied to the exterior. The lamp has a height of 85cm and measures 75.5cm wide, while the base diameter is just 16cm. It requires a single bulb and has a GY6 socket. The light source is included in the delivery.
