Degree Stool/Side Table
The Degree Stool/Side Table was designed by French designer Patrick Norguet for furniture manufacturer Kristalia.
Norguet studied at the Graduate School of Design and opened his design offices in Paris in 1999. In 2000, the designer had his first taste of success with a collaborative project, working alongside Giulio Cappellini. Norguet has a varied portfolio, having designed everything from furniture to the interiors of hotels and restaurants. His design style uses a clean, bold aesthetic together with an innovative use of invisible technology to produce visually striking pieces that stand the test of everyday life.
The Degree Stool/Side Table makes a bold style statement in any space, either indoors or out. With a cylindrical cork base and a polypropylene surface, this piece effortlessly updates any environment for a chic, contemporary look. The stool/side table has measurements of 38cm long, 38cm wide, 41cm high and is 32cm in diameter, with a seat height of 41cm. These dimensions provide ample space for use as a stool to sit on comfortably or as a side table to work at. This piece is also suitable for outdoor use, making it an ideal garden or balcony stool.
