The French Bouroullec brothers are a mainstay of the modern European design scene, having been responsible for hugely popular designs like North Tiles and the Spring Chair, which gained a Compasso d'Oro nomination in 2001. The Copenhague series for HAY is another career highlight.
Featuring high-quality materials, CPH seats are simple but elegant, practical but fun - just like the Danish city which gave them their name, and the Copenhague CPH Deux 215 2.0 Bench is one of the standout designs. This bench measures 75 x 35 x 45 cm, making it a fairly compact product and one that can slot into most interior configurations with ease. The laminate surface contrasts wonderfully with the natural plywood legs, which are slanted subtly to provide additional strength, creating a harmonious whole.
