Bo Garden Chair
The Bo Garden Chair was designed by Philippe Starck for the brand Driade. French architect and designer Starck designs buildings and products with equal aplomb. His work has a signature look of minimalistic, simple elegance that is timeless. Dating from 2002, the Bo Garden Chair exemplifies his design approach and talent. Made of polypropylene, the chair's seat and backrest are one unified piece, giving it a clean, uncluttered silhouette. Rather than straight, the backrest is angled backwards slightly, encouraging a user to lean back in it for maximum comfort and back support. Comfort is also maximised with the generous proportions of the backrest. The back legs are angled outwards slightly, thereby enhancing stability and durability.
The Bo Garden Chair has a width of 50cm, a height of 81cm and a depth of 53cm. It has a seat height of 45cm and a backrest height of 81cm. The polypropylene from which it is fashioned makes this chair suitable for indoor as well as outdoor use. It can go from the dining table indoors to the outdoor table in the garden or balcony. It can conveniently be stacked for storage by up to eight chairs. This minimalist chair is available in a selection of colours.
