Ball Magnet Wall Lamp Matt
The Ball Magnet Wall Lamp Matt has been created by Benny Frandsen for the brand Frandsen. The creator was the founder of one of Denmark's finest lighting labels, and his Ball Magnet designs helped to kickstart the company's success. First introduced in 1968, these compact, elegant wall lamps use spherical motifs, metallic textures, and finely chosen shapes to illuminate homes in style.
The Ball Magnet Wall Lamp Matt is built around a ball-shaped shade, with an aperture cut into the underside. This shade measures 12cm across, while the whole ensemble is 16cm wide, ensuring that the lamp won't intrude upon interior spaces. Light flows downwards from the rounded diffuser, which has been carefully sculpted to minimise glare, while effectively lighting reading corners, beds and computer desks.
Made from matt textured iron, the Ball Magnet Wall Lamp Matt comes with a 230cm long fabric covered cable, which should allow users maximimum scope to position their lamp as they desire. The unit weighs just 0.5kg, making it easy to handle and install, while it uses an extremely efficient bulb. The appropriate bulb with the E14 socket can be ordered under accessories as needed.
