The innovative flair of HEY-SIGN comes in part from their passionate dedication to wool felt. An almost forgotten material until Ehmanns and her business partner Mathias Hey got their hands on it. Now the company has managed to bring this incredible and versatile material back into the marketplace with a bang.
The Thonet S43 Seat Mat Anti-Slip incorporates the benefits of wool felt into its aesthetically pleasing design. The material construction makes it breathable and soft to the touch of skin. The fact that at no stage is the wool felt treated with chemicals makes it a great choice for family environments or anyone suffering from skin allergies. At 36 x 37 cm, the seat mat is capable of covering medium-sized cushions with ease and the variety of colours ensures that you are garaunteed to find something the fits with your existing décor. A natural and ultra-thin latex covering on the underside of the mat means that the cushion will stay exactly in the position it has been placed, even when in use.
