Carl Hansen CH88T Chair
The Carl Hansen CH88T Chair has been created by Hans J Wegner for the brand Carl Hansen. The late Danish architect and industrial designer is often referred to as the master of the chair thanks to his more than 500 designs. His legacy is a style referred to as organic functionality and modernity. In 2014, the Carl Hansen CH88T Chair was put into production to celebrate Wegner's centennial birthday. Designed in 1955, this versatile, elegant chair has a a frame that supports an oval-shaped wooden seat. The frame is made of powder-coated steel while the seat is made of beech in different finishes. It backrest has ends that are upturned, forming a natural space to rest the arms. Plastic gliders protect the floor and make it easy to move the chairs around.
