Twiggy Grid LED Outdoor Suspension Lamp
This Twiggy Grid LED Outdoor Suspension Lamp was created by Marc Sadler for the Italian Foscarini lighting label. Lightweight, creative and elegantly composed, it will add a touch of magic to gardens or balconies.
Austrian born, but a French citizen, Sadler is one of Europe's leading lighting designers, having won Red Dot, Compasso d'Oro and German Design Awards in 2018 alone. His success revolves around a combination of quirky creativity which isn't afraid to take a few risks along with a sense of practicality. This results in lighting products which are both beautiful and absolutely functional, as the Twiggy Grid LED Outdoor Suspension Lamp shows.
This lamp features a metal mesh diffuser with a "grid"-like pattern , which is suspended via three slender cords. The lamp can be suspended at various heights, allowing you to adapt it to any outdoor environments. So it's great for patios, summer houses, poolside terraces and apartment balconies. The diffuser itself measures 46cm in diameter and is 29cm tall. It's also extremely lightweight due to the use of fibreglass, PMMA and aluminium. But, more importantly, the light produced is soft yet bright enough for outdoor spaces.
