Tommaso Outdoor Table
The Tommaso Outdoor Table has been created by Doriana Fuksas and Massimiliano Fuksas for the brand Zeus. Introduced in 2016, Tommaso is an outdoor table which matches durability and beauty. Formally simple, the table uses clear lines and fine materials to achieve a purity that offers a stunning contrast to foliage and flowers.
The Tommaso Outdoor Table resembles a picnic table in form, but its production process means that it goes beyond standard designs. While the surface of the table appears to be made from aged concrete, it has actually been formed from bent steel. The Fuksas have used a grey epoxy finish to create the concrete effect, which gives the table the feel of an ancient monolith.
The Tommaso Outdoor Table can be combined with the Tommaso Bench to create a full garden set. On its own, the table measures 180cm long, 90cm wide and stands 73cm high. It weighs 85kg, and has been designed to handle extremes of moisture, temperature, wind and UV light. Evoking images of classical Greece, this Zeus creation will add a timeless touch to patios and pool terraces, and will be a magical place to serve guests or relax in the company of nature.
