Johannes Foersom and Peter Hiort-Lorenzen are highly respected Scandinavian designers. Their skill in moulding materials brings an architectural element to their work. They have received Danish Arts Council and Best of Neocon awards.
Totally practical for outdoor use but as stylish as the best dining room furniture, the Moments Outdoor Armchair with Skids is modern Scandinavian design at its best. Steel is shaped into a curved frame for the shell. This is then wrapped with an innovative soft polypropylene rope. The rope is also stretched across the frame to form flowing sides, a back and a seat base. The shell then sits on thin skids. The chair is part of the Moments collection and designed for long-lasting outdoor use. It also makes an elegant addition to indoor seating. Seat cushions are available as accessories. The Moments Outdoor Armchair with Skids measures 57 x 74.5 x 57 cm. The seat is 42cm in height and the armrests are 69cm in height.
