Fontana Table Lamp S
The Fontana Table Lamp S has been created by Max Ingrand for the brand Fontana Arte. Its original design was created back in 1853. It was reimagined by French master designer Ingrand in 1954 and renamed after the company.
The Fontana Small Table Lamp has a round shade made of blown glass that has a satin finish. The same finish is replicated on the base which has graceful curves that form an elegant base. The shade has an added decorative detail of little metallic studs around its perimeter. It stands on a double-layered round base with a pattern of contrasting studs all around it. In addition to its outstanding design, the lamp also has unique functionality. It has light sources both on the base and in the shade. They give the lamp the versatility to be used for both task and ambient lighting. It can be switched on to provide a soft, glowing light or a direct, even light. A double light switch makes it possible to turn the different lights on and off separately.
The Fontana Table Lamp S has a height of 34cm and a diameter of 20cm. It is not dimmable. It comes in neutral colours. It works with a G9/2W socket and the bulb has to be purchased separately.
