The particular stone that was used for the Cubism Coffee Table S is travertine. Found naturally around mineral springs, its beauty can be compared to the ever-popular marble. Rather than a tabletop and base, it has been sculpted out of a chunk of stone that has been carved into the desired shape. The underside has been padded with felt which protects the floor and makes it easy to move the table to reposition or clean under it.
The Cubism Coffee Table S has a length of 45cm, a width of 45cm and a height of 37cm. The travertine is untreated. It is therefore best to use coasters and table mats to avoid marking it.
