Valet Wall Console
The Valet Wall Console has been created by Sami Kallio for the brand Northern. Beautifully sculpted from Nordic wood, Valet is as versatile as it is attractive. Perfect for use as a make-up console, a small working desk, or as extra shelf space for essentials, this modern Scandinavian classic will work almost anywhere in the home.
Kallio's Valet Wall Console is designed to be wall-mounted and takes the form of a slightly rounded rectangle. There are two levels on the unit, and the base shelf includes an enclosed compartment which can slide out for access if needed. This sliding compartment has a camel coloured Sørensen leather lining, adding a neat visual accent while protecting fragile items. The rest of the console is made from a mix of oak veneer, solid oak and MDF, with steel elements to strengthen the frame.
The Valet Wall Console measures 92cm wide and 35cm deep, with a height of 10cm. The unit weighs 10kg and can be installed at almost any height. Small details also complete the design, including an exposed metal screw head and a cylindrical wooden support at one corner of the lower level. The result is a fine console that is space efficient, attractive and extremely practical.
