Cloud LN1 Armchair
The Cloud LN1 Armchair has been created by Luca Nichetto for the brand &Tradition. Cloud fuses the traditions of Italian and Danish furniture design, resulting in a combination that's effortlessly elegant, durable and comfortable to use. The LN1 is an armchair from the collection that provides a cosy refuge and place to relax, whether it's used in lounge areas or studies.
The Cloud LN1 Armchair has a two-part construction which contrasts fluffy, welcoming cushions with a slimline frame. The piece features base and back cushions, as well as two smaller cushions resting alongside either armrest. All have been upholstered in an attractive brown-red Steelcut fabric, and Nichetto has chosen to fill them with a CMHR foam mix. The base of the armchair is made from a blend of steel and wood, with leather upholstery covering the armrests and base plate.
The Cloud LN1 Armchair measures 100cm wide and 84cm deep and has a height of 75cm and a seat height of 40cm. CNC plywood has been used for the frame to keep material use low and enhance the chair's strength, while legs made from steel rods stabilise the chair and ensure that it seems to float above the ground, in keeping with the collection's name.
