Nelson Bench
The Nelson Bench was designed by George Nelson in the year 1946 and is produced as a re-edition by design manufacturer Vitra.
As a sideboard, side table or as a bench, the Nelson Bench by Vitra is a versatile design classic with a clear design vocabulary. Originally designed for private use, the Nelson Bench quickly went into production with different versions.
Vitra manufactures the Nelson Bench in two lengths of 122cm and 183cm. This piece of all-purpose furniture is entirely made of ash wood: The seat or top of the Nelson Bench is produced of natural wood slats while the frame of the bench is made of black lacquered ash wood.
