Lantern Suspension Lamp S
The Lantern Suspension Lamp S has been created by Anderssen & Voll for the brand New Works. The design duo is made up of Norwegian designers Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll. The two work in accordance with the belief that a good product respects tradition but also breaks some rules for the sale of modernity and optimal function. The Lantern Suspension Lamp S showcases their design philosophy and talent. Inspired by the traditional Chinese rice paper lamp, this luminaire is a replication that has been modernised with a shade made of white mouth-blown opal frosted glass. The spherical lamp has narrow, evenly spaced pleats, much like Chinese traditional lamps.
The Lantern Suspension Lamp S has a diameter of 20cm and a height of 20cm. It has a white PVC cable that is 340cm long. It is not dimmable. The appropriate lamp with the E14 socket can be ordered under accessories. This lamp will look light and airy above a kitchen or dining table. Its dimensions also make it ideal for lighting up entryways and hallways, including those in houses where space is limited. It will not overwhelm the space. A pair or even a row of them will look even more stunning.
