Guise LED Suspension Lamp
The Guise LED Suspension Lamp has been created by Stefan Diez for the brand Vibia. German industrial designer Diez is known for pieces that defy convention and venture into new frontiers. He likes to take an experimental approach with production materials and methods as well. The result is always a stand out, unexampled design such as the Guise LED Suspension Lamp. The lamp won him the German Design, Design Plus and Red Dot Awards in 2018. It also won him the Archiproducts Design Award in 2017 and the 2019 Wallpaper Design Award. It has a shade made of an aluminum bar that has a cylinder formed from borosilicate glass attached to it. The shade is suspended from the ceiling from both ends. On one end of the lamp is a length of cable and on the other side is two cables. One is straight while the other is curved and they go into a rectangle-shaped ceiling plate.
The Guise LED Suspension Lamp has a length of 63cm and a height of 200cm. The shade has a diameter of 16cm. Its light can be adjusted via an optical sensor. It comes with a graphite grey finish.
