Fun 10DM Suspension Lamp
The Fun 10DM Suspension Lamp has been created by Verner Panton for the brand Verpan. Danish master Panton created Fun in 1964 as a modern take on classic chandeliers. Designed to create a sense of joy and delight, it has become a classic in the Verpan range, and will be a fine light source for dining rooms, lounges, and bedrooms.
The Fun 10DM Suspension Lamp has a pendant form and features a diffuser made from four interconnected steel rings. These steel rings are in turn linked to a series of larger rings made from seashell materials, which hang below the frame and enrich the light that the luminaire produces. This combination creates an impressive contrast, and a fine blend of metal and organic tones. Brass fixtures and a ceiling canopy complete the design, holding the rings firmly in place.
The Fun 10DM Suspension Lamp measures 38cm high and has a diameter of 57cm. It hangs from a 400cm long suspension cable, and can be height adjusted as needed. The lamp requires a single standard E27 bulb. When turned on, this bulb causes the shells to glow with a pearly white tone, conjuring up a restful and magical light source that's both seductive and fun.
