The Akari UF4-L10 Floor Lamp was designed by Isamu Noguchi for the manufacturer Vitra.

Isamu Noguchi was an American artist and designer and one of the most influential sculptors of the 20th century. He received countless awards, and a good deal of his designs and artistic creations can be viewed in the Isamu Noguchi Garden Museum, which is situated in Long Island City New York. Throughout his career, he travelled widely in China and Japan to perfect his art and paper skills, and the popular Akari range of lamps is a testament to his interest in traditional artisan techniques.
The Akari UF4-L10 Floor Lamp has a symmetrical appearance that will work well in contemporary or traditional settings. The lamp features shoshi paper shades in a stacked cube design.
