Five years after marrying in 1941, Charles and Ray brought their artistic minds together and earned an exhibition spot at the MoMA. The Herman Miller Company noticed their great furniture designs and began to produce them. The couple then worked for Vitra, which now owns the exclusive rights for the production of Eames pieces in Europe.
