Eiermann 1 Table Frame 110x66x66cm Eccentric
The Eiermann 1 Table Frame 110x66x66cm Eccentric is a real classic in furniture design history. The original table frame was designed in 1953 for Eiermann’s own office, the cross in one piece, placed diagonally beween the sides. This reduced construction is the optimum between material and stability. Less is not possible. For many years the original version seemed to have vanished. Replaced by a variety of crude and cheaper demountable versions, which could not stand up to the original in design. Richard Lampert received manufacturing rights for the Eiermann 1 tables in 1995 by the Eiermann family. He reintroduced the original version and is offering this table in his original specification but in a knock-down version. Through the details and first class quality it remains Eiermann’s vision.
