PH 4/3 Table Lamp
The PH 4/3 Table Lamp has been created by Poul Henningsen for the brand Louis Poulsen. Named after the initials of the creator, PH was first created before World War Two as part of Henningsen's effort to bring high-quality design to the masses. It makes a beautiful impression, blending graceful curves and high-quality illumination, and has been fully updated by Louis Poulsen to suit all home interiors.
The PH 4/3 Table Lamp is composed from a series of nested discs which direct light downwards from the concealed luminaire. These discs are made from aluminium and have a pure white lacquered finish. They are anchored by a rectangular brass connector which fits into a central column made from stainless steel. Henningsen has added a circular metal base, which connects to a 290cm long power cable.
The PH 4/3 Table Lamp measures 54cm high and has a shade diameter of 45cm, with a base diameter of 21cm. The lamp weighs 2kg and has an extremely slender column, making it easy to move around desks or tables. Featuring elegantly contrasting metal and lacquered elements, PH will add a touch of the Bauhaus movement to contemporary interiors, providing the ideal option for bedside tables and work desks alike.
