Thin S24 Bar Stool Seat Leather 54-79cm
The Thin S24 Bar Stool Height Adjustable was created by Karri Monni for the Italian design label la palma.
Romano and Dario Marcato launched la palma in the late 70s, delivering elegant furniture in contemporary lines for domestic and public settings. After studying interior architecture and furniture design Karri Monni went on to establish his own design company in Helsinki.
The inviting silhouette of the Thin Bar Stool Adjustable carries a Scandinavian lightness of touch created by the clever moulding of the wood. The seat is slightly thicker in the middle giving extra toughness without sacrificing appearance. The harmoniously curved shell, crafted from moulded plywood, cradles the body and is available in a choice of finishes. The seat sits on a column, footrest and base that are made from sandblasted stainless steel and feature a linen fabric effect coating. This elegant bar stool works with other elements in the Thin range and is a practical and versatile addition to domestic kitchens and offices as well as the workplace and restaurants. The Thin Bar Stool Adjustable can be raised from 54cm to 79cm using an easy touch lever and gas spring. Its overall dimensions are 37 x 70 x 43 cm.
