The Brio Side Table Frame Black H40cm was designed by Romano Marcato for the manufacturer la palma. Based in Cadoneghe near Padua , this prestigious company has been the recipient of many prizes including the Good Design and Design Plus Awards. After working for many years as an industrial engineer, Romano Marcato co-founded la palma in 1979 along with his brother Dario. He is currently in charge of the company's technical department, responsible for guiding prototype designs into production.
Light and mobile, functional and modern, the Brio Fix 40 Bistro/Coffee Table Frame Black is 40cm high and 80cm wide. It has a sleek lacquered stainless steel base and stand, which support a high-pressure laminate top available in a choice of smooth and textured finishes. Suitable for outdoor use, it is perfect for pavement cafes or the terraces of restaurants, or for breakfast out on the balcony or patio. At the same time, thanks to its clean, uncluttered style that blends discreetly with a wide range of decor, the Brio Fix 40 Bistro/Coffee Table is equally useful inside the home as an occasional table or extra workstation.
